If you need technical assistance, the easiest way to request help is to email our support team at computing@thayer.dartmouth.edu. A support ticket will be automatically generated in our help system, and a member of the Computing Services Team will respond as soon as possible.

The Computing Support Office is located in MacLean M126. We are available for walk-in visits Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 12pm & 1pm - 4:30pm.
For assistance using the computer lab equipment, software and resources, Computing TAs are on-duty in M210 MacLean or 227 Cummings most afternoons and evenings during the regular term.
The Systems Administrators can be found in MacLean M227.
